Where are we?

Dear all Finally I write some words to update you. Since two weeks Davide is in Asmara (Eritrea). Goggle map would show you where this country is... in case you do not know! I am still here in Bern, doing mediation training and an ICRC training course in International Humanitarian Law for two weeks. This should give me the possibility to do short mission for ICRC and gives me the chance to have an insight in a new organisation. Davide will be for 12 month in Eritrea. The 22 of December I will fly there as well as we have now an official family mission which means my flight to Asmara is paid and I get a visa for the whole year to be with Davide. WONDERFUL! I am happy and Davide as well. We live in a house in Asmara which seems to be nice and bright. The tempreture during the day is at the moment between 20 and 25 degrees, during the nights around 6 degrees. Asmara is almost 2400m above sea level and one has to get used to this first.
